Are you living in Derrimut and looking for a playgroup for your child/ren? Well look no further, there are currently 3 playgroups running out of the Derrimut Community Centre (right next to the Derrimut Primary School), with vacancies.

The YMCA/Derrimut Community Centre is proud to partner with the Brimbank Council to assist with running the Playgroups for the Community.

Dancetime at Bunnings

Not sure if anyone is interested but Bunnings (one that just opened up around the corner on Ballarat Rd) are starting up their first Dancetime sessions for kids. There will be one on tomorrow, Saturday at 10am, will go for around 30 mins. They have said for 5 years and up but I am sure that the 3/4 year olds would enjoy it as well.

They are also going to be offering it next weekend on Saturday and Sunday at 10am, and for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (10am) of the first week of the holidays.

    We went along to the Dancing this morning at Bunnings and it is actually Dance Lessons, they have a professional dancer there showing them some moves. Mikayla was enjoying it by the end of it and they got free balloons and soccer balls, so a good morning, will probably go next Saturday as well.
